SCJ Fiduciary Services is a firm dedicated to bringing Employee Ownership to companies nationwide. In 2017, our founder Steve James set out to follow his passion of assisting in the creation of ESOP companies and empowering employee owners. With the vision and insight from Heather Driscoll, SCJ Fiduciary Services was formed.
We have experienced tremendous growth in our team, which now includes 11 full-time employees and 3 Individual Independent Trustees. Although the original members are based out of the Louisville Metro Area, the firm has remote team members located across the country. You can find SCJ Team Members in Indiana, Kentucky, Virginia, Georgia, Missouri, Nebraska, Ohio, Illinois, Wisconsin, California and even Alaska.
SCJ is proud to support employee owners in 35+ states nationwide. The 3 Independent Trustees that SCJ supports – Steve James, Kjersti Corey, and Drew Schaefer – have an extensive understanding of Employee Stock Ownership Plans, having served in this industry for a combined 55+ years and as Independent Trustees for 25+ years.
Our ultimate goal is to facilitate a seamless transition to employee ownership and enable companies to harness the full potential of their workforce while simultaneously providing employees with a stake in the company’s prosperity.
