Melissa joined SCJ in 2020 and has served as Chief Executive Officer since 2023.  She fully embraces the firm’s values of building relationships and finding the fun (AKA Chief Fun Officer), encouraging laughter and joy while leading the employee owners of SCJ. Her favorite part of the role is seeing SCJ’s vision of serving employee owners come to life.

With over 75 first and second cousins, Melissa is a pro at managing large groups and never misses a family game night or book club.
