Kim joined the SCJ team in 2025 as a Client Relationship Manager, bringing over a decade of experience in the ESOP third-party administration space. She excels at breaking down the complexities of an ESOP so that employee ownership feels clear, meaningful, and powerful. Kim’s favorite part of the job is witnessing the moment a plan truly clicks for a client.

When she isn’t demystifying ESOPs, she is a certified yoga instructor who enjoys teaching both adults and children.
